Are you passionate about teaching? Are you creative, flexible and do you value all the ‘extras’ that come with a truly broad curriculum? Are you proactive, always looking for ways to develop your practice; see your role as bigger than just your classroom? Do you enjoy spending time on education forums reflecting on best practice; taking educational passion outside of the educational establishment? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity; to be challenged to reach your potential in a supportive environment? Are you looking to make a difference? Look no further….you may be looking at your future…

Coopers Edge School has a warm, inclusive environment that gives its pupils and staff every opportunity to achieve their best. We have a dance studio and a unique “village square” alongside a MUGA- Multi Use Games Area ,an outdoor amphitheatre, Forest School, a Zen Zone, ipads, reading nooks, a pupil kitchen and a purpose built Nurture classroom leading to meaningful learning by all.

Providing pupils with what they need to achieve their best is our top priority...meaning teachers who get opportunities to learn from colleagues and receive leadership training in-house, through our strong links with the Gloucester Schools Partnership (GSP) as well as through external training. This is alongside excellent, well trained Teaching Partner Support, up to date technology, inspiring resources and a stimulating learning environment. Further than that though, we plan to meet the diverse needs of our community….creating opportunities for every member of the community to come together, interact together and learn together.
