Looking after our staffs’ well-being is always on our agenda: We’ve introduced a wellbeing package supporting colleagues with medical support and advice, 24/7 helpline and seek feedback directly from our team to consistently enhance our ways of working. We offer opportunities to have free lunches as well as flu jabs, regular subject leader release time, Parents’ Meetings during the school day, robust appraisal systems that support career progression and opportunities to socialise and have fun together.  We are also committed to eradicating unnecessary paperwork including changing our planning requirements and shortening annual pupil reports as well as admin demands.

We are seeking a School SEND Teaching to complement the professional work of teachers and the school INCO by taking responsibility, for agreed learning activities, for children across KS1 and KS2, whilst supporting the Headteacher and school team in achieving our vision.

Are you:

* able to demonstrate how you have supported positive pupil outcomes against all odds!

* equipped to coach and mentor pupils with special educational needs and behaviours

This role is perfect for someone understands no two days are the same, you will need to be flexible and understanding that the needs of the pupils are our number 1 priority.

Salary Scale: Grade 5 Pt 11 – 14 £28,142 - £29,540 FTE per annum, pro rata, pay award pending April 2026.

Working Time: Our school working hours are 8.45am – 3.15pm Monday – Friday.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Partner (HLTP) to join our committed and supportive team on a Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated practitioner who can inspire pupils, support teachers, and lead learning across the school.

About the Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Partner, you will:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum. Support teaching and learning in classrooms, including whole-class cover.

Work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment and progress.

Provide targeted intervention and support for individuals and small groups.

Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience).

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Can demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to supporting pupils’ learning.

Is confident in leading learning independently.

Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality, and the highest standards for all pupils.

Working Time: The role will be 18 hours, over three days, 18th May 2026 - 19th December 2026
